Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a significant issue with noise and leaks. On the bright side, they were well-appointed with fresh towels, clean sheets, bottled water, and shampoo. The service had its ups and downs, with staff providing enough food until lunchtime but lacking a warm and welcoming attitude. The location was decent, with easy access to food options, yet a bit far from the nearest BTS station, especially challenging in inclement weather. The dining experience left much to be desired, with breakfast items not meeting expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offered some good facilities.

However, some staff members seemed totally uninterested in their customers. The location is good, although not very convenient as it is about a 7-10 minute walk away from Punnawithi BTS station with no tuk-tuk service. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, close to the sky train, and plenty of taxi services are available 24/7. The dining experience was very poor, with cold eggs and sausages and tasteless coffee. The facilities were simple with little choice.
